Battle nav simulator

I can't wait for the battle nav simulator, will it be PvP, single player or both? (please let it be both)

Also, I think there should be more single player games, until there is always people playing.

Its close to a year since the last discussions on tweaking a battle simulator... did anything ever get finished in this project? I know nothing about programming, but would love to help, and really would love to have a working game in the gardens. I think it would be a great practicing resource for those of us who strive to become the best in every puzzle. In my opinion, going against bots would be less important than having pvp interaction, since bots can easily be done just by grabbing a ship and setting sail, but pvping your friends and/or the best in the business with a resource like this could be a building block for everyone.
